I never had an issue with the keys but yeah apparently everyone else does haha This year they released an updated version of the key that's much lower profile to help combat "bumpage" Yeah the 3-point lift range on those is spectacular and the gear shifter is how it should be, the lift range on my 2025R is adequate but the poor shifter engagement is frustrating

In less than a year of use I had multiple horse injuries on the gate end of the same tarter feeder that we purchased. A couple were significant lacerations requiring stitches. The plastic tube caps didn't protect horses from contact with the pipe which would cut them. One of the horses got impailed by the horizontal tube near the gate end. It was a horrific injury to my daughters horse, I thought I'd have to put him down but he somehow recovered. I was in contact with Tarter and notified them of this design flaw and suggested alternate design ideas but they were uninterested in preventing future problems. I was disappointed in the responses I received from tarter on this and extremely disgusted in the amount of veterinary bills I paid and what it put my daughter through finding her horse with that injury. I scrapped that feeder and I highly recommend others to do the same. The amount of money I spent on vet bills would have bought multiple safer feeders. Use at your own risk.

Great video. Needed to adjust mine and this was helpful to increase the height. Does the feedback control also adjust the low limit position or is that only adjusted with the valve linkage? mine does not seem to drop low enough. Also were you able to remove pin “B” in the image from the service manual for the valve adjustment without taking the tire off? It looks like it’s a pressfit pin. As I said I need mine to drop lower to hook up to a a JD weight ox with my imatch. Now I need my weight box to be on RR ties to reach it since the hitch won’t drop low enough. Thanks for the videos!
