Wouldn’t it be easier to send a single red stone signal from the train station to the connection from the storage system? Stop the flow of items through the crates while the truck loads?

I need to stop the flow of items INTO the vault at Murphy's once there are 3 stacks of each item - if it only turned off when the truck was in the station it'd get overloaded

I was referring to stopping the flow of materials when the van is loading. Instead of using all those extra u/g redstone signals, use a single one that is triggered when the van pulls up, shutting off the flow of items while the van loads. The tracking blocks with redstone signal would still be in place at the funnels to limit the 3 stack capacity in the vault.

Mr Beardy, a suggestion on your loading system for your delivery van. It seems that the conveyor belt used to load the van is constantly moving. The problem with this is when your vault is filling, some items leave the vault instantly and onto the belt. This results in the thresholds resetting and allowing more stacks of the item into the vault (essentially ruining the purpose of the system in the first place). I’d suggest adding a clutch to the conveyor belt rotation line that receives an inverted signal from the station, the same time the links receives a signal, thus the conveyor belt will stop when the van has left, and won’t act as extra storage which allows more stacks than it should.
