Thanks much for your note. I'm with you --- I love the sound of this. AND the lyrics. Not even rhyming, just a "translation". But powerful. As a child I learned another song credited to Native Americans from around Minnesota where I grew up. That one is "Land Of The Silver Birch" and we sang it while canoeing in the Boundary Waters between Minnesota and Canada. Similar melody and vibe, and it still moves me when I sing it.
