ipHone XR here. iOS 18.1, Apple maps (located in Settings-Apps- maps) Location services On. Show Parked Location is not an option.

The send later feature was long overdue. I use it often. Apple outdid themselves with iOS18. Users really have nothing to complain about with iOS18

Hi Ellen, I have a IPhone 16, with IOS 18.1 Siri Intelligence on and when I press on the A in the right hand corner the choices don’t animate like your’s. Plus I tried to text a friend who has RCS and RCS is turned on and the A didn’t appear. Any suggestions? Also, I tried to send a message to my hubby who uses an old Apple Phone without ios 18 and he doesn’t get the animation either that I send.

Will that work, or does she need to have an iPhone too? As others mentioned, I never considered using shortcuts until your video. Very informative video and surprisingly useful tool. Love the DND shortcut you featured, but DND automatically turns itself off shortly after I click the shortcut on my iPhone even when I am stationary. Location services is toggled on for the shortcut. Would love to use this feature at the movies, Dr office, etc. Any idea why the shortcut would turn itself off when I haven’t left the location where I turned it on?

Follow her last instructions in privacy and then turn your phone off and back on and it’s there!
