Hi, Dear. I saw your KZbin channel and understand you are a very hardworking youtuber. Very nice video on your channel, I really enjoyed it. According to your channel, I noticed that you have good quality videos but the videos are not getting views and subscribers are not increasing. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow.

Sadly, I've tried using these bums and they're just that, another dishonest crooked business cheating their own customers. No direct contact information for them anywhere on their website, leaving your to file for their registered business information, which I'm currently waiting on. Only contact is through their email which is slow and lacking in content, consistently being flagged as spam by my email provider. Looks like their domain has been flagged as a spammer, or people have reported them for spamming and their emails are constantly being flagged as spam and showing-up in my inbox. They provide no shipping rate discounts like so many others do, and thus charge you the full over-the-counter shipping rates when you need to shop anything across the border, which is ridiculously high. There's a horrible lack of shipping choices when crossing the border. Their system is so convoluted to do anything on it's actually quite pathetic. Looks like a system that was designed inhouse as some developer thought it should work for him/her, and not for the actual people trying to use it. Their invoicing system lack any type of notes as to what the litany of charges and fees are actually for, and no breakdown as well. Now for the really bad stuff. No contact information whatsover, so trying to reach them via telephone to find lost packages (yes, they keep losing peoples packages for no valid reason, even when they're clearly marked during their inbound process). Days will pass before any reply is received, and even that reply leaves you lacking for a more in-depth reply. And the last nail in their coffin. They have "a policy" that any and all items left with them after 60 days is disposed of. No notification from their system when items are received for you, and no notification when storage limits are approaching either. And the piece de resistance, this 60 day storage policy doesn't exist anywhere on their website either, so it's another way for them to steal your package. They've already stolen 8 packages worth a couple of hundred dollars, so I'm going to refer the matter to US Government Agencies to investigate and charge accordingly, then the lawyers can settle my losses in the courts. Hopefully the business registration information that they're legally required to file is all the lawyers will need to go after them to hold these crooks accountable. If they're holding packages for you and you have no problem paying storage fees while other packages are being shipped there for bundled forwarding to you, no-one has a problem with this, but when they're operating with make-the-rules-attitude-as-we-go-along and try to hide from customers and steal their packages without any accountability, there's another more serious problem here. I'm not the average dumb consumer that knows nothing about buying in another country either as I've been doing this since the 90s, but these fools need to get their act together before they find themselves in some serious legal troubles. I highly doubt I'm the first person they've cheated and stolen items from, and I know I won;t be their last either, but this crap needs to stop. DO NOT USE OR DEAL WITH THEM, PERIOD.

What is the order fee ? How is this calculated ? I know the import fee is based on weight, but unsure what the order fee is ? This is a good review, but people should take note it appears you only paid the tax, no duties. If the items are note made in USA or Mexico the items would have not only tax, but duties also (another 13%). Not to mention shipping to you if the pickup location isnt close . It can add up ! I'm trying to do some math now to determine if CBP is a good option for me. For anyone that knows let me know if I'm missing something. I'm in Ontario so I would pay Ontatio tax, then duties (depending on where manufactured), the CBP fee, then the shipping to me (these would also be + sales tax). Anything else I've overlooked ?

Madeline, you're the first "intelligent" person that is absolutely right when you say that it doesn't matter which side of the Aluminum foil goes up (shiny or dull) as this happens because of the manufacturing process as one side goes against the "rollers" as the foil is rolled onto its carboard core.
