Question, when looking through the glass on the Osight-S glass, my dot is clear and crisp when centered but seems to bend/warp when shifting toward the edges of the window. Does yours do that? Is that just because of the curvature of glass?

How do they fit on a P365?

i bought olights first version for a 22, works great, so i picked up the S version, really nice glass and dot, comes with a great presentation, for 200 how can you go wrong

Typical of battery devices. I've had two different jump starter/power supply things die after 4 or 5 years, about 10 years apart. Nature of the beast.

Don't throw it in the trash. It needs to be recycled. Lithium Ion batteries shouldn't go into a landfill.

No battery product is permanent. I suggest modern Renaissance men should learn how to build their own battery backup systems that they can service themselves. Skills are cheap and they can never be outlawed.

If not for the military contracts, this optic should sell for 300$. Easy manufacturing and bomb proof design. I'm glad they at least take care of the customer

Around $625 for a full set up similar in surefire I was wanting that's the arisaka forward mount, tape switch, end cap to accept tape switch, and magpul tape switch mount so I like the surefire but idk if I like it that much more this thing comes with almost all of that

Awesome honest review. You answered some of my inquisitive details. If Ruger wants to play ball and gain traction they need 5-6 issues. (1) I don't want, need or desire a gen 3 g19 frame. I want a g45/19x frame that can accommodate a gen 4 or gen 5 slides (albeit) a quick and easy slide plate would do the trick. I might aquire one and dremel the front dust light cover. (2) ergonomics look awesome except for the magazine release. I would replace it with a Ghost lo-pro. (3) oem slide release is ok if you're trapped in 2000. The extended one is a common favorite. Even a PSA Dagger (Shadow Systems MR918, cheapie version) would suffice. (4) sell the chassis by itself but don't sell it Uber expensive like the Zev oz 9 since its still a gen 3, partner with Live free Armory or ZRO Delta since their chassis build are built on aluminum or alloy materials. (5) the optics cuts are alá Shadow Systems/ Springfield style. Sell the slides by themselves stripped or built like a PSA en masse. (6) The Magpul polymer frames will ultimately be made in different color, shapes and flavors, my Lone Wolf frame has better texture, my next frame might be a Grit Grip because it looks and feels like a gen 3 Shadow Systems MR918/920. The diamond checkering looks super rad. Other than that $409-499 for a complete pistol is an awesome deal..

Chassis of Sig, Optics cut from Springfield, and everything else from Glock. Customer service of Ruger with the polyer kings Magpul to boot for $400.? No Brainer. Already got one in route from Buds.

Ruger will drop these within a couple years along with all support for them, parts etc. just like they’ve done to numerous other series in the last 15 or so years.

This isn't a "new" product it is a rehash of a 27 year old product. The gen 3 came out in 1998. And it was a great gun in 1998- but it is almost 2025 now. I would be embarrased to release a "new" product in 2025- without backstraps, ambi mag release, ambi slide stop. Those all should be standard features at this point-especially for another polymer gun. This better be like $200 OTD.

I've never liked Ruger polymer pistols and now releasing yet another Glock clone makes them even more lame. This is a never buy for me. Ruger needs to stick with making sweet Revolvers.

Why all the hate? Modular is the future. Glock refuses to innovate. Many don’t trust the internal function of the 320. If ruger and magpul deliver with different grips and chassis, I sure as hell know my abundance of Glock mags will find a home in the rxm line.
