I would rather cruise for a month if spending $4000 for the month. I have a lake home and charge $1000-$1500 or $250 a night with a 2 night min and always no matter what charge $100 for housekeeping. It’s a 3/2 and it includes a golf cart, to roam the area, no golf course but there are 3 within 7-10 minutes. There are 3 pools, pickle ball, workout equipment areas, gathering areas for music and food, all ages etc. in Tennessee. And there is a place to park your boat at resort or rent boats at the marina and theres a boat ramp 2 miles from house. I am interested in the villages but wouldn’t spend $4000 unless it involves white sand and seagulls. The narrator never mentioned if he enjoyed the villages or ended up purchasing a home after staying a month on sight. I do like the try before you buy aspect. That’s a fabulous idea.

I can’t wait to move down. Turned 55 back in July but have a couple of kids still in school. Me and my wife are talking about coming down for SantaCon South next year to join the fun! After watching your initial video to schedule your first lifestyle visit, I am amazed at how ingrained you have become in the Villages lifestyle and how so many people recognize you while you are out filming. Keep up the good work - I look forward to every new video.

We got to Florida an hour early-BUTthe station was closed-wo we waited an hour for it to be manned. And don't buy a roomette. And bring a sandwich. And a gook book.

I have that read thermometer that you should first for cooking and it is really good! I like the features on it. You can turn on a light so that you can see the temperature better and there's also a feature that holds the temperature so that when you take it out of the meat it doesn't go down immediately and you can see what the temperature was. Loved the gift idea shows. Thanks!

Thank you for all the detail on the items! When I told my son I was moving to The Villages next spring he did his research and then quickly sent me the assorted pack of loofahs as a joke ! I brought them down when I went for my lifestyle visit and hung them on my golf car and sent him the picture. I took them off before anyone could see them!

Where will the golf cart route be?

My friend just purchased a home in Lake Denham, he got one with an indoor pool, I am going down this summer to spend a few days with him. I get to see what it's all about, he should be settled in by June after the Snowbirds are gone. Looking forward to seeing what it's all about and seeing my friend that I have known for over 50 years.
