That was such a fun car show . Brought our ponchos and enjoyed . That band was fantastic! Had dinner at a restaurant across the street . The food was just ok … but worth it to get in air conditioning. Always a good time there no matter what the weather is .

Hey Rusty! Don't know how I came across your channel years ago, but I'm 34, live in California, nowhere near close enough to be living in The villages (age or distance) but I love your videos! Hello Rusty glad you went to the car show, I was going to go too but I knew it was going to rain. Yes you are right about home insurance because there are so many ways to cover your home. I pay $2600.00 a year for insurance on my house but I also have flood and sinkhole on a corner lot with a pond with 2500 sq ft so I think that's a good price. Hope you will have a wonderful week and think your videos are very informative.

Besides comparing apple houses to apple houses and locations, your own personal insurance history, in terms of claims (as a customer you have a lexus nexus profile, and whether it's a second or third home, it all factors in. USAA would not insure my Villages home because it's a second home. We have them for auto, home (in Virginia), umbrella and personal articles floater. We had to get another company.
