@@asbestosflake5749 Tried Gavascon advance :) . Currently experimenting with the apple cider vinegar.
@asbestosflake57495 күн бұрын
@ consistently using gavascon advance is the only thing that helped me fully heal after 5 years of trying everything. It creates a physical barrier between the stomach contents and the LES by creating a jelly raft on top of the stomach contents allowing the LES to heal and tighten (for anyone reading this that doesn’t know). ACV had a big tightening effect too. Especially ACV liquid but the capsules helped too. Just not as much. I also found alternating between using one day and not using the next creating a nice Ying and Yang giving me better results. Took 9 months of this to heal the issue

Dude I can't eat anything that isn't a liquid meal replacement. I've always had acid reflux but this constant gas lPR thing that I think I have now in my lungs causes mucus, breathing issues, swollen throat and feeling that something is in the back of my throat and struggling to swallow anything other than pure liquid or applesauce. My friend's dad prescribed me dexilyn probably spelled it wrong but it was 300 for 3 month supply which helps with acid reflux but not LPR constant gas, swelling and hot sweats fever symptoms. I don't have insurance and getting a ENT appointment with someone with great reviews is next to impossible in Virginia Beach. I literally quit smoking cigarettes and cannabis and still can't eat anything without choking. I've always had some symptoms but never as extreme as I have now to where I can't eat real food

Felt good for a bit and got up to 138 but had some returning symptoms. That’s when I started having significant throat clearing again albeit not as bad as before surgery. I also noticed heavy bloating. I put two and two together and since then have been focusing on addressing my gut motility because I was almost at the threshold of gastroparesis. Ever since I upped my fiber intake consistently I have been doing good which currently has been about a week and a half.
