Vinegar and salt are the best option for ringworm. Surely you will see difference in 1 week. Treat it 3 times a day and use till everything gets cleared otherwise it will start to spread again. Mix vinegar and salt and use cotton to apply. Leave it for 15 to 20 mins. It really works. No need other medicines . Wash it with antifungal soap often. Candid soap is good.
