I really enjoy these recipes, but many of them release a lot of liquid in the slow cooker. Is this normal or is there any way to avoid that?

If you used the IP correctly, it would have been falling apart tender. When you quick release all the moisture gets pulled from the meay.

I’m curious what method will you use in the future? I think it depends upon the amount of time you have if you work all day and come home and want to get dinner on the table I think the crockpot is probably the best option when it saves you the time of having to cut up the meat ahead of timeand it’s ready when you get home as opposed to having to wait 90 minutes but if you don’t eat right after getting home and maybe the Insta pot

What is an InstaPot? Do you mean Instant Pot? Sorry, it just drives me batty to hear it called insta pot

I think the crockpot would taste better. Also, when doing the natural release it lets the pot come down slowly for the time desired, then the valve pin drops. In the video they did a quick release with the steam. That may have made a difference in the tenderness of the beef. Cant wait to try 😊

i"m doing this class because I like easy and fast meals.

Freezer meals have saved me money. Since I have something ready to cook when I get home (all the prep is already done), I no longer have to stop and buy food for dinner. And they meals are so delicious that my husband asks for them again.

My husband and I do not eat the same way, so freezer meals are perfect for his meals that he can assemble himself. The shopping list and labels are great features. Thanks!

I am already a member, I love the savings and convenience. My daughter has Celiac so I can make many Gluten free and you do have some recipes that are gluten free. I love that I can use the air fryer, crock pot or instant pot. havent' seen the oven cooked recipe yet.
