I'm on my own now do you have recipes for 1, I'm 74 and need walker, can't stand for long I have to sit every couple minutes. I'm on pension, food is more expensive in Australia than what I've seen in America. I've been watching cooking videos hor couple yrs. Or maybe u could tell me of someone who can help me. Thank you ,today was first time seeing you.

I just cook soups and stews and other entrees like I used to for family but then I divide each up into 2 cup glass food storage containers with lids, creating 4 - 8 servings and meals for me and label and put into the freezer or I put into quart size zip lock bags and freeze flat.
