The "Italian" market ended around 1990. It is now the International Market

Although i am totally against these laws being able to take people's homes by force,i fully understand you can't just have people letting their homes fall into disrepair, affecting property values for the entire area.Unkempt homes make even a nice area look like crime and drug infested slums. They attract rodents, homeless, drug dealers in,to use the unoccupied homes. It's embarrassing to have guests come to your nice house if they have to pass these filthy, decrepit houses. It seems families of the people living in these homes wait and wait until it's too late to do something. If your relative is a senior, disabled, who is falling behind keeping up with maintaining the home, you have many options.Once its clear they can't physically or financially care for the home, relatives can move in to care for the property, financially or making repairs, lawn care,etc- They can sell the home while it is still in good condition, move the relative into a condo, apartment or small home, with tiny yard that is easier, cheaper to maintain.Or find a trusted assisted living facility. What they can't do,is wait until the house and yard are falling apart. It is illegal and not fair to all the other people who live in the area,no different than hoarders. The options are there but if the family is too lazy to act in tone,no pity on what happens to the property.Be responsible and do whats needed when it's needed and you won't lose the home.

Before 1899 55 million Arawak slaves were killed, that’s why they brought African slaves. After 1899 America owned Puerto Rico and made it a Common Wealth. Either way America never has and never will do anything for Puerto Rico, other than take its land and money

I'm a Sun Devils fan for decades (since 2001 when I moved here). He played for our state rival in Arizona, but I was shocked and thrilled by Nick Foles underdog performance in that Super Bowl. (And this is coming from a Redskins fan, Springfield, VA origins, man!) I don't normally like rooting for the Eagles exactly. But that was one of the greatest football games in History!

I had no idea that Philadelphia had such a strong LGBT History. Many of kids who danced on American Bandstand in the 1950's were Gay. Dorothy Draper was an interior decorator who designed a Hotel/Rooming House that Gay Men would meet at. I saw Paris in buring in 1991 when I was 25. I was blown away. God bless these wonderful brave folks.
