With all due respect China Town residents, you do not own Center City. Philadelphia 76ers belong in Philadelphia, not Camden, NJ. I'm sure your businesses will profit from the foot traffic.

No they won't profit because the new arena is going to have restaurants and bars. People are lazy and they're not gonna walk out of their way to a small business when something is really close by.
