Thats one heck of food to eat in one day delicious

Would love a video on rest days - mental and practical advice. I'm trying to get my period back, and previously was doing SOME form of exercise 7 days a week and calling days where I just did cardio 'active rest', but I've now implemented one ACTUAL rest day into my week and I'm mentally struggling so much with it because I don't know what to do on days where I don't go to the gym...

This was incredibly helpful, thank you for sharing. May I ask, how do you know how much more calories to eat if you exercise on top of trying to maintain a healthy regular period? I recently got my period after about 5 ish months. Prior to this I was doing a lot of hiit based Pilates about 5 days a week and was having about 1850. This said, I then lost my period on this amount due to doing too much hiit. What would you suggest doing calorie wise to find that balance for my period and exercise? Would I also be ok to ask if prioritising carbs before and after a workout is a good idea? Lastly, do you possibly have any advice as to how to challenge fear foods? I’ve pretty much recovered weight wise but with mostly safe foods. Thanks again for sharing your helpful content, it honestly is so helpful xx
@gabbymarechalАй бұрын
@@orang1414 I’m glad you found it helpful! What I will say is everyone’s journey will be different. I ate about 3000+ calories when I was exercising too just to make sure I was eating enough to support training. I would say if you are doing gentle exercise focus on hitting that 2500 calorie mark. If you are still doing things like running etc then 3000aim for. Like I say everyone will be different.
@gabbymarechalАй бұрын
@@orang1414 yess 100% priorities carbs before and after. Don’t exercise fasted, make sure you have fuelled up before. And in terms of tackling fear foods I would suggest creating a jar and picking out a few each week then challenge those! Put them back in pick out the next week and go again. Challenge repeat 😊

You will. Its just about reducing stress and being consistent wit implementing all the steps. There are ways to increase your calories without feeling like you are eating more e.g. liquid calories, cook with olive oil etc

Do you think I can get my period back if I do pilates around 3 times a week? Is it too much stress? I already gained about 9kg but I was still doing quite a bit of exercise, so I don’t know if it interrupted my hormones..what do you think?
