I travel with a Travelon money belt and Travelon cross body bag and they are great. They have clasps so the zippers cannot be opened easily. I will not travel without them.

Great review! Malaysia and Japan stores only have size XS, S and L. Sadly no size M. But I got all the 3 sizes mentioned anyway coz it's really cheaper for me to buy it in Japan (I'm here now for holiday) as compared to Malaysia (where I'm from).😅

Just a public service announcement about using inserts in the Le Pliage. Many insert manufacturers sell them pre-sized for the Le Pliage, but do NOT buy them pre-sized. The snug fit will actually stress the corners and make the corners wear out sooner. Measure the bottom of your bag and size down your insert by an inch or even two inches in length and width. Trust me. I learned this lesson the hard way.

It seems that Brasso got on the leather and damaged it. Also the clasp was gold and now it's silvery.

Hi, thanks for watching. There was already some wear on the leather since it is a well worn vintage piece - the brasso didn't damage it. Also the clasp was almost a sort of bronze color due to oxidation. So it was already darker than it used to be. I didn't hear her say she is, although she might be. You can't judge a book by its cover. If she identifies as Dutch then she is Dutch and that would make her European. If she has a Dutch passport then she definitely is European, whatever your eyes might lead you to think.
