Y’all need to relax! This sacrifice was necessary for city in order for the Lions to succeed! We sacrificed the Tigers and Pistons for them and the Red Wings. The sports world would never be ready to see all of Detroit Sports teams winning in the same year lol we see how we showed up for the NFL Draft.

The lottery is a joke. All other major sports just go by record. NBA has changed rules and implemented all kinds of new things to draw fan interest but they won't fix this lottery BS. Maybe lock in number 1-3 and lottery everybody else. Punish the team that u know are tanking. Do something. Everybody on Earth knows how bad the Pistons were this yr.

One thing I love about Jamo, is that he KNOWS many have doubted him and wondered if he was worth trading up for etc. but his attitude has not changed at all. He has stayed positive and continued to work on his game and kept his head down and THAT is a rare trait in this day and age with social media always forcing people’s opinions into your face daily. Its easy for young players (who are only human too) to get jaded or frustrated and blow their career with bad attitudes.

The Pistons have only had three top 3 picks since the inception of the draft lottery, and one of those picks was a Vancouver Grizzlies pick so really they’ve only had 2 top 3 picks, I’d say the title is pretty accurate

I don't think that is the point. I think the main issue here is that the pistons have 48% chance of getting top 4 the past two seasons and got the 5th pick. The year prior to having the worst records both years had the same odds at #1 and got the 5th pick again. Now granted, this year's draft is very weak in comparison to others but it is the concept of a team that has <35 wins in the past two years and they continue to have the worst case scenario. There was a 27% chance they would have two 5th overall picks despite having the worst record over that span.

Who trades away their shooter when you have a young star like Cade and don't play ivey till the end of the year. Yall suck at drafting players and getting vets in free agency. No team had EVER dropped from 1 to 5 in the history of the NBA Draft Lottery… It’s now happened to the Detroit Pistons TWO years in a row. It's not that they aren't getting the #1 pick, it's that they aren't getting picks #2-4 in multiple years.

Bullshit how Cleveland, Philly, and Minnesota can get back to back #1 picks and the pistons get shafted. That being said, this isn’t the year where I’m upset about losing pick #1. There might be some good late-lottery, developmental prospects a la Giannis and Devin Booker, but no clear cut generational talent at the top. So STOP drafting freshmen with upside and START picking 3-4 year, plug-and-play role players like Keegan Murray, Jaime Jaquez, Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, etc… get you your Clingan, Knecht, who know how to play. Maybe Reed Sheppard who looks moderately Klay-esque

Yes they have, and yes they actually have cameras in there. But they are locked in the room until after results are shown on national tv. And no communication to the outside world. So yes there are cameras in there.
