I think its legal to abuse in india both online and offline.A lesbian lady sits next to bathroom in our apartments, sends vulgar messages to some people based on what she hears, and sometimes they reach our office managers too :) I dont know if they do with all their women employees though, but earlier it use to be only on work wise vulgarity, now its turned out to be residential vulgarity also. 24x7 they own us.
