Very good. Blood pressure is an issue for me and doctor told to meditate with a breathing exercise then take my blood pressure reading. I'll follow this example.

I first watched this video 2 years ago to cope with my depression after my brother passed away. After using these breathing exercises for just a week I felt significantly better. I had less anxiety when going about my day, and it always put me in a good mood. I stopped that following summer because I didn’t need it anymore, and now I’m here again :). Watched once and I’m already in a better mood than I was a few minutes ago.

I have no doubt that this will work...but how long does the effect last? Will doing this consistently, over time, lead to a longer effect time?

Thank you fit this content. I am a first responder and this is relevant to my experience. Every breath counts especially on air. Being aware of your breath and breath control will save your life.

What does it mean when doing breath work you no longer get the tingling sensation (O2 deprivation) nor the clawing in your hands, even after 100+ breaths?
@BreathGuidance4 ай бұрын
Great question! There’s a lot of variables (both within the breather and the breath pattern) but most likely your body has compensated enough so your pH is within normal range 🤓

Two years now with severe depression. I have tried nearly all the antidepressants. None of them work. Therapy has had no effect either. It's very difficult to see light at the end of the tunnel at this stage.
