Le sulfate est un substance chimique dangereux, certes il nettoie mais laisse des dégâts après utilisation.les endocrinologue le déconseille l'usage chez les femmes
@faithagamah85983 күн бұрын
There's nothing damaging about using sulphate shampoo, clarifying of the hair is needed once a month or once in two months to avoid excessive products buildup on the scalp even most professional shampoos have sulphates
@toritsejuamotsuka3 күн бұрын
Sulfates are damaging to hair and scalp. They strip away all natural oils and moisture, they lift the cuticle and leave the hair shafts dry and brittle. They’re clarifying shampoos that don’t contain sulfate.
@faithagamah85983 күн бұрын
@toritsejuamotsuka dis is not true,I did my research before I said so,if the shampoo is causing damage it's based on the whole formula not because of sulphates,there's no better clarifying agent than sulphates,that's why it is used sparely...I use aphogee (a ph balanced product)as my clarifying shampoo which has sulphate,it makes my hair soft ,so most times it's based on the formula of the product

I'm tired of my hair at this point. I will not say I have done my best, but I hate knots. And my hair is fine.. and doesn't look good in some styles. God help me..
@toritsejuamotsuka5 күн бұрын
Honestly it can be frustrating finding something that works for you, I was there too. I’ll recommend you just doing braids with your natural hair first. Making your hair when it’s stretched out really helps with knots and taking them down with conditioner and water helps to reduce tangles. Also prioritize the health of your hair first so if you have split/damaged ends I’ll recommend you just cutting it off to have a good base to start with. Keeping up with your routine and treatments is very important. Patience is also very important with this because my hair didn’t look like this last year when I cut it but being consistent really helps. Try and do styles you are confident with right now but just make sure it’s not going to damage your hair. Hope this helps💗
@Beyt_El5 күн бұрын
I completely understand your frustration. I was there at one point. It took many years before I understood the MAJOR importance of providing tender love and care for your hair. I learned to be gentler and more patient with my hair and it has been THRIVING due to it. I learned less manipulation is better. Finding a natural protective style that works for you and RUN WITH IT. Keep that style and wear it until you find another style you think you’d like and works for your hair to grow and retain length. You just have to learn to be patient with your hair and not focus too much on it fitting a particular mold, that is desiring your hair to look a way it just naturally does not fall into. Please don’t give up. You can have the healthy long hair you desire. You just have to be patient with your hair and be kind and gentle toward it. Your scalp and hair is like a garden. Also make sure you’re healthy from the inside out as well. Be sure you’re taking in the proper amount of vitamins and minerals and drinking plenty of water.

@@toritsejuamotsuka thanks for the response. I feel braids are not fine strands friendly. My personal opinion, they cause knots for me during take down and it's too scalpy for me. Length retention is not an issue for me, but I keep cutting due to Single strand knots. I'll still give at least 2 more years to understand my hair better. Thanks again

I would not use it on my own hair every day . However I would neverrr use rosemary and cloves every day. My hair would break. I tried rosemary in olive oil n tried to use it every other day many years ago . My hair broke off. So this is why I say for me rosemary water every 3 days is my sweet spot. I went natural year 2002. I have learn a lot about Ayurvedic ingredients. I have done many experiments 😊 in my years of being natural n as a natural cosmetologist. Clove has alkaline and carminative properties. Since it is basic in nature, it is commonly used to treat acidity. To find it on your own you can follow these steps:- Crush 4-5 cloves Mix them in water Check if it is acid or basic using red or blue litmus paper

Finding an hair stylist that actually cares about the health of your hair is so exhausting, they're always trying to use excessive heat, they are rough while combing, sometimes braid way too tight, use a lot of gel, etc... I know that you can just say no to this things, but sometimes they don't listen, or say damn they have to do those things so the braids look neat. I'm thinking about making mini twists on my hair, and stay away for extensions for a while
