I think the reason that Raiden left the bike behind is because Sam was left behind, and the bike being left is symbolic of that

why doesn't raiden just not talk to senator and just constantly lead a barrage of attacks while senator tries to speak, he already knocked him down once why dont he just keep going and he got all them claws and stuff why dont he dig his claws into defenseless areas fight could've gone way faster
