I only recently discovered your videos and thoroughly enjoy them despite the fact that I am an old lady, do themed biscuits with royal icing and live on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean ( in South Africa). If it wasn't for the distance, I would have loved to order one of your boxes from time to time (to spoil myself and my son). I hope your business will grow and I will keep on watching your videos. one of my New Year's resolutions is to start my own side hustle like micro baking and sell from my own home or start a little pop-up shop for my baked goods. but this is such a great video... very much needed. i honestly didn't know that booking commercial kitchens was a thing!! thanks for that<3 definitely subscribing:)
