Great video as always, but I must take this opportunity to register a complaint. It's not just you, so don't take it personal, but a complaint about the state of programming in general, in the specific regards that not nearly enough effort is taken to provide proper and/or complete error feedback. It needn't be overly fancy, but some extra feedback to the person using this code without prior exposure might save them countless seconds/minutes/hours/??? in trying to troubleshoot their own code. In this example: raise ValueError("Node does not exist") would be better as: raise ValueError(f"Node {node} does not exist") It provides some extra information back to the coder about WHY that particular instance failed. While this example is trivial, it does illustrate how easy it can be to provide more meaningful feedback in error messages. How often have we all been frustrated by obscure errors that provide no clue as to how to proceed. Sadly, like documentation and type hinting much of this simple but tedious effort is overlooked, and the community as a whole suffers from 'UNKNOWN FATAL ERROR CBA6D8A613CC' (The whole topic could use a video.. maybe..) ☮n❤ 🖖😎👍

Can this code be extended to work for X login from chromedriver? Google doesn't allow chromedriver login due to the user being vulnerable to attacks.

I am learning and enjoying micro python on a pi pico and a esp32 using thonny. At the moment I am looking to understand the driver code for a wave share 1602 i2c LCD. That hing has no plug back on it, the controller does it alone. I hope to use this debugging logging ideas to learn much about how micro python does i2c. Ty for sharing

while this is all great, I just want to mention that you don't have to navigate a text editor with the mouse or repeatedly tapping arrow keys in other editors either.. for mac, using CTRL + ARROW KEYS will jump to end or start of line, while OPTION + ARROW KEYS will jump to start/end of word. Learning these very simple ways to navigate will be useful in any text editor, saving a lot of time. Combining it with SHIFT will let you easily select within qoutes etc as we just saw, so no need to use your mouse that much outside of Vim either. Still, I'll check out the other tutorials a bit as it seems worth knowing properly as it is an editor which has been used for a long time. Great video! (alright adding vim bindings in other IDEs is pretty neat, will give it a shot)

For me Linux wasn’t much faster and more stable than Windows, although Linux mint was stable but I didn’t like its desktop environment but if I want to switch my OS, i will switch to Fedora.

Is this also used for LLM tokenizers? Seems a good way to kind of pre-compress composed languages before they are reduced to a latent. 🖖😎👍 Nice preemption of the Pronouncement Police 😜

Start with Python, master it, be it. Python can actually do cool stuff like machine learning, AI(GPT Level stuff), computer vision (detecting objects and a lot more) C++ is good but if you're a COMPLETE beginner, I suggest you start with Python. ANGELA YU 100 DAYS OF CODE START HERE

I "upgraded" my 2020 Asus G14 to Windows 11 and it's terrible. I'll keep dealing with it for some games and Affinity programs until the laptop starts to crawl... I've got a 2014 dell inspiron i5 4th gen with Linux Mint and it just works. I've worked in architecture for 13 years and so need Windows for Autodesk and Adobe. I also bought the Affinity suite when I got my first iPad in 2021. If i were to leave the drafting/autodesk part of this sector, I would get a Mac mini as my next computer to still run Affinity programs. Otherwise, I'm more than happy using Linux for my general productivity work.
