Do you have to break in the mat? Or just use it as is upon unboxing? Bec for Manduka, I need to salt scrub it on my 1st use. Thank you for your review.

Sorry for my late response! No, I did not have to break in the mat. However, if you are not in a humid climate or it it takes you a little while to break a sweat, have a water spray bottle handy to spray on your mat, where your hands and feet are to create stickiness.

Bow pose was Really hard for me and then this bridge was hard in that I am having a pulling pain under my knee caps and around the outside of the knee. I found out that it is likely tight IT bands, so I rolled out one side and tried again and it seemed to feel better than the other side. Hope this helps someone else.

The his was hilarious for because as soon as I started breathing quickly my two dogs who were so relaxed got up and immediately wanted to play with me. It was hard trying to keep eyes closed while getting kisses from them. I’m feeling a vibration in my chest and abdominal area. Great way to wake up and feel aware of body’s vibrations 👍🏼🙏🏼🧘🏽

Most interesting thing happened as I practiced Flexibility and Flow, my back was adjusting on its own and I was feeling better as I continued to notice my breath and body relaxed. Thank You Jodi🙏🏼 🧘🏽

Hey Jodi! Love the videos! Just so you know, for this video only so far, at the 7:00 minute mark your voice is in the distant background on my end. The music remains and I can hear you talking but it’s so distant I cannot make out what you are saying. At 8:10 minutes I can hear you again. I’m not sure if that was intentional?
