Beautiful capture of this masterpiece of the Angel Oak, my wife and I visited the tree last May 2023. There is another one that’s worth looking at in Savannah, located off LaRoche Ave in Majestic Oaks subdivision.

This is honestly stupid. Haggling is a part of Vietnamese culture. It is expected everywhere you go. Prices are intentionally raised to account for it. It's kind of like not tipping in the US because you personally think it's stupid. Same principle.

to everyone talking about its 'dark history.' there is zero evidence/sources for the tree ever being used for killing. Just a heads up, there is nothing beyond legend. A harmful legend that sadly distracts from people's ability to visit. local historians have found no evidence of that

The Mausoleum tree is believed to be over 4,000 yrs old. It sits on top of the mountains between California and Nevada. Check it out it's not as pretty but it's still here.
