32amps DC mcb is never down because panel max output is 13amps pls correct that mcb ratings.

U r wrong mr. Ramasamy, this is 2 in 1 out MCB box. It means 2nos of 16A fuse and 1no of 32A MCB. I used 8nos of 550w panel . Per panel max voltage is 49v and short circuit current is 13.8A . I separated 8 panel into 2 string Per string voc is195v and 13.8A short circuit current. Now I given 2 string into 2 fuse rated as 16A Those 16A fuses output are in parallel connection. Therefore parallel connection of 2 fuses, max we can get 27.6A . This 27.6A current goes to the 2 pole DC 32A MCB . For 27A current we should not use 25A MCB, because MCB Ampere rating should be 25% greater than actual current. So we should use 32A only. Note: MCB have tolerance of + or - 25%

sir Recently I Purchased UTL Gamma Plus rMPPT Solar Hybrid Inverter 1000VA- 12 Volt from Amazon. After unboxing i connected the Exide 100ah battery and provided the main grid supply . Even after 24hrs i noticed charging was still going on without a cut-off with battery voltage of 14.1 volts. Also noticed Battery was completely heated up. Later I turned off the main supply manually. Kindly assist me with what's the issue

Sir - You didn't even give half feet gap above sheet for air cooling of the Panels. Now the Panel life will reduce due to heat. Please don't do setups and waste customer money
