We booked our first HAL cruise (after 27 Celebrity cruises). We have the Have It All plan. When you did you make the reservation for Pinnacle Grill? Would like to see the menus before booking Pinnacle Grill in case there is something really good in the MDR.

Hey guys, love your videos! Is there anything that can be done between your soft voice levels and the loud music segments. There is a vast difference and I have to keep changing the volume level on my TV Many thanks.

Hi there and thanks for the feedback. We will work on getting the audio levels correct in future video. It can be tricky when you record with different devices but am sure it can be resolved.

I was on the same cruise and I remember passing you both a time or two. I agree with your review completely. HAL is a great cruise line and my favorite now. This cruise was great, and was my second on that ship this year. I am already looking for my next one! Your video was really good and was an honest assessment.

Cabo must be the most beautiful port to sail into, gorgeous views. Such a fun place too. Loved seeing the sea lion eating off the boat, they swam alongside our tender which at the time we thought was cool but your video was amazing 🤩 Thanks for sharing, great video 👏

I really enjoyed watching this video of the Navigator of the Seas on her Mexican Riviera cruise. The scenery is beautiful, and the music is great. I especially like the part where they show the ship sailing into the harbor at Puerto Vallarta. New Sub!👍👍

May 30th…currently on NoS returning to LA. Been on many cruises. First one out of LA. Embarkation: absolutely horrific. Can’t move into stateroom till 1:00pm. No luggage until 4pm (had to make many calls for help locating luggage). We expected better service since we are in a Grand Suite.

Both of those times are normal. It's a good reason to only use carry-on luggage and take it on and off yourself.

How did you find the Bay of Biscay this time of year?

The seas were pretty good both ways to be honest. You never know what you will get with the Bay of Biscay. We sailed on Anthem of the seas the previous October and it was bumpy as there was a storm but these big ships handle it quite well.

Don’t see you guys enough…Wonderful to see you out n about. Mardi Gras, Jubilee, and Celebration ships are huge compared to the Splendor that I sailed on. The activity level is dizzying.

Yes there were loads of places where you could sunbathe. Lots of nooks and crannies too if you wanted some privacy. The section above the Beachcomber Pool was very good.
