May 30th…currently on NoS returning to LA. Been on many cruises. First one out of LA. Embarkation: absolutely horrific. Can’t move into stateroom till 1:00pm. No luggage until 4pm (had to make many calls for help locating luggage). We expected better service since we are in a Grand Suite.

Both of those times are normal. It's a good reason to only use carry-on luggage and take it on and off yourself.
