Is there a way to use a key or paddle on the vband website through an iPhone/IPad? Works fine on my Morse it app if I slow the spacing down.

Thank you - I liked the video. Just what I needed. I’m learning CW and getting tired of using my FT 891 to practice. This is an easy and affordable solution.

You had aboutr 30 seconds of very useful information, thank you for the 30 seconds. But, can I have the 8 minutes of my life back? We just want information and not a bunch of pretty, but useless video production.

Why the crap does everyone using HAM always talk about the damn weather?! Is'nt it anything else that could be more interesting to send and recieve?!

@@dalewagnerW1EW Yeah okay fair enough but are people who actually use morse code sending something other than weather to eachother? Because that's the oncly thing I see on YT.

@@arthursandomine5464I guess that depends on the application. Potas and Sotas are intentionally short. Rag chews and conversational cw aren’t. Get out of the algorithm by making different choices. Merry Christmas 🎄

This is very good practice, an actual type of QSO...What I do is practice at 20WPM, with various web tools, there are many. but when I get on the bands, I am at 16 or 17 Words per minute for rag chew, and further to deal with QSB, QRN, and QRM...This works for me...DE NN2X / Tom

Based on this video I’ve ordered the Spark.. Bruna Begali was a joy to order from, unknown to me I ordered an a holiday day in Italy (it was a Friday, for context). When I hadn’t heard anything by Monday lunchtime I rang the factory just as Bruna emailed me back!. She was lovely, explained the holiday weekend etc and finalised my order over the phone (I’m in Ireland).. The key should be here in a few days, can’t wait. And just to reiterate, Bruna was a joy to chat to & made me feel like I’m a very special customer.

I already had the Ham Radio Solutions dongle, and the Camera lightening to USB connector so excitedly paid for and downloaded the app. Then found out that they want a ridiculous monthly fee simply to activate sending practice. I deleted the app and as soon as it goes from pending to purchased I will request a refund.
@graychev4 ай бұрын
No,you got that wrong. The monthly fee one is for some "Social club" feature. The learning features cost about €10 and is a one time payment.

What a waste of time with all the paddles spinning on a turntable with such dramatic bumper music at an extensive amount of time. Just to get a few seconds of demonstration at 25wpm. I m a beginner and probably most people that try to view this vid are beginners too. Not impressed. You wasted my time.

I thought the proper way to use the Iambic key, is to squeeze the handles, not beat them about ? Funny after hearing you say you learned the functions ? More like, " Derailed " ! 🫲😳🫴 But you have a nice Fist with the Straight Key !

This is likely for the modern Tech Head ? I'll stick with a good old fashioned Code Oscillator ! 👍😉

Thank you so much for taking the time to highlight all of these, this is so incredibly helpful forgetting the rhythm down and visually understanding it... its one thing to memorize them all, its another to recall them so damn quick. So much muscle memory, it kind of seems like a meditation in a way, or being in "the zone".

Two months ago, I saw your video and instantly fell in love with this key. Finally, it arrived a couple of days ago. I am impressed with the quality. I am used to keys that are slightly less sensitive, so I am wondering what I can do to reduce the sensitivity. I assume this is done with screws on the left and right side. Please advise. 73!
