I missed having your videos. Hey do you have Specto running during this video?
@TheBowlerDepot2 ай бұрын
Yes. That is how we know where the ball is on the lane. It is actually on the projector above the lane.

Awesome. Glad our videos are helping. This has HK22 with the cohesion additive like the Hammer Effect. With this core you get a little more dynamic motion.

Welcome back! I missed your reviews for a long time. I actually saw you in the background of, I believe, a Brad & Kyle video and it reminded me of the channel. Glad to see you back around.

It is good to be back making these. They are fun and sometimes Al is good enough to give away a ball!! I think he crossed next to Kyle at the Masters this year.

I'm getting my 13lb DV8 Outcast drilled with this to see if I like it. if I do I will next have a Danger Zone Vintage or Twist drilled with it since they are 14 lbs before I drill the 2 balls I use the most with it. a Melee Blood Red and a Vapor Zone Hybrid

I throw the ball like the lefty on the video. My Ghost burns up and flattens out before getting to the pins. Will this ball solve this problem and not burn up?
@JAW_73 Жыл бұрын
I know it isn't the main point of the video, but it would have been nice to see the Axiom before the weight hole and then after the weight hole. Would have tied in how the reaction is different in a symmetric with and without the weight hole.

Licking your finger then wipe your shoe then repeat that many times is kind of disgusting 🤢 you might as well eat off the floor.

I can't wait to drill this ball. Versatile, strong and forgiving. Doesn't look bad either.
@BARBELLS-AND-BUDS2 жыл бұрын
The seven board challenge, whether or not you give away a ball I think is a great way of demoing the balls. I'm not sure why you guys stop doing it, but it would be great if you bring it back!

I must be dumb because I have no idea what this guy's talking about. The mask on his face isn't helping.

Is this still legal with the new USBC ruling on weight hole?
@TheBowlerDepot2 жыл бұрын
This was created to see if you could still get the same outcome of a RICO layout without a weight hole. The Axiom would 100% be illegal but the Proton Physix gives you a similar look without a weight hole using the PSA as the "weight hole", which is still legal and would have likely been illegal under the old 1oz rule.

Question, what if I would use a mild asymmetrical ball like the Motiv venom recoil ? Because I actually loved my venom Panic symmetrical Rico years ago. Vs I was thinking to use the ufo alert I have and do that.
@TheBowlerDepot2 жыл бұрын
The lower the intermediate diff is the smaller effect it will have on the shape. The idea is to have your PAP migration move towards less resistance for a longer period of time with out a high total over all diff. Using intermediate diff, from a weight hole or the PSA of the ball, should make this happen just will be lower on a Recoil and higher on a UFO Alert would have much more. Hope that helps
@brianlevandowski31672 жыл бұрын
@@TheBowlerDepot yea I just did the Rico layout on The One Remix with it’s super high intermediate diff. My Rico layout maps 55x 4 x 95. Using “blu print” the migration path goes down towards the thumb hole. I don’t remember the after drilling numbers though.

Aiming at the pin or the arrow? Stand in the wrong place and aim at an arrow and it wont always go straight to the pin you are trying to knock over.

I had my OG Rotogrip Wrecker drilled. RICO or label leverage, that ball was a monster for me that way, I know alot of bowlers hated that ball but Rotogrip made it for a number of years. that drilling got it down the lane and man did it hit when it turned to the pocket.
