If you get long tubes it will fit if you plan on lowering The car your gonna hit they are to big short tube has better fitment and more room to play with

No but sounds like either a fuse is bad or old wires can mean the car power or energy isn’t fully there if it works with the lights off that means your not using as much battery power but if it cuts out when the lights are on then something with fuses, relays, or wires

So, if I understand this all... Your timing is now off throughout the rev range just so it spits a little when bouncing off the limiter. Your ICV has a permanent position allowing unmetered air into the intake when not idling. And you cranked up the throttle cable to bring the idle RPM back up, didn't adjust the TPS so your ECU is never seeing idle, all after inducing a constant lean condition. Anyone else here talking about messing with the AFM... don't. Unless you have proper calibration equipment to measure the exhaust gasses.

You could have just cut the bolt shorter. It would have been easier than cutting up the seat bracket..and you wouldn’t see it because its in the floor. SMH.
