I've only done the one run of veilguard yet but I had Emmerich save manfred so the Solas interaction is different that's so interesting! Like I figured it might be but still neat to see it! In the non-lich interaction it's alot more respectful to meet each other on both sides because Emmerich saved a spirit and stuff tho there is still a little bit of sass. The lich vs spirit straight up sass between the two of them here tho is hilarious.

If I'm being honest, Taash was not my favorite character by any means in this game, but them just casually roasting the everloving hell out of Solas like that was comedy gold. Taash, they could never make me hate you, lmao

Way to tell it to him, Bel, she has got a good point there, as an Elf and as a woman herself, about Mythal at least. What can Solas say to justify himself there, loving her and then killing her, fragment or not? How does someone forgive that in him or anyone at all, really?

This game may not have let us punch Solas the way he'd clearly deserved for an eon, but I can still appreciate absolutely NONE of the Veilguard companions buying Solas' 'sad wolf' routine and throwing any excuses or backtalk right back in his face. Harding's voice actress, especially, gets points for how well she portrayed Harding's righteous anger. My Dwarven Rook was just as pissed off, and it felt good to hear her girlfriend read that idiotic elf the riot act. And then there's Taash, who I wish with all my heart could meet Sera and Dagna, as well as Bull and his Chargers. They'd be adopted within seconds by the latter, and probably asked, if they'd want to be in a throuple by the former.

Im pretty sure a Non-Lich Emmrich has slightly different dialogue. He and Solas were less.... antagonistic with each other when I played and the only difference I can think of was the fact Emmrich wasn't a Lich in my game. (I know it's his life's goals but Manfred is my son)
