What a wonderful service! Getting to see believers tell the world, "I was a lost and confused soul that found Jesus and now I'm free to live, love and follow Him". We are all so excited for these 3 who got baptized and shared there testimonies. Praying the Lord blesses everyone one of them!

This is so true! What difference between despair without hope and knowing that you can’t help yourself but that there is one who can! God cannot lie, so when we cry out to Him with our whole beings, He WILL answer.

This was such a beautiful service! I can’t thank God enough for saving these souls we got to baptize yesterday. He’s so good. He gifted me with repentance and faith and I’m thankful forever, even more so when I get to witness others coming to Christ too!

This was a wonderful sermon it was a lovely reminder of how God can tenderize your heart through affliction and how He is the God of comfort, able to comfort us in any situation! We can rest in the Lord knowing He has a plan

Remembering this is so key because so often I see with my own eyes, my job, my chores, my tasks, my rest. Oh how His eyes look at the work He has for me so differently. Looking at the outpouring from me how it is not mine. It is in fact His and has to be His, His light, His saltiness, His rest, His works prepared in advance to be done. Oh how I can choose to be those things yielding to the Father by His grace.

SUCH a powerful challenge, such an urgent call

I heard a clip yesterday of a woman asking what the actual gospel “good news” is. She said it isn’t only “God will bring you peace and joy”, although these things are true. She said you have to think about this as if you were talking to someone who will die right after you speak to them, what is the good news that will apply to them? They won’t live long enough to see God answering prayers in that way… they will be standing before the judgement seat of God in a minute. What they need to know is that they are lost and dead in their sins, that their sin separates them from the holy, good, loving God. That God made a way for them to be rescued from their sin, and he did this by becoming a man, and dying in their place, taking the judgement of God against their sin though he had done no wrong, and if they trust in Jesus for this, He will impute His right-standing before the Father to them so they can be in paradise with Him forever. This is the hope we have!

Thanks be to God our father and Jesus CHRIST OUR lord and SAVIOR and the holy spirit for life and blessing and love and forgiveness for all of us!❤

Amen! These words of Pastor Philip are absolutely true, as they are taken from the very ONE who said I am The Way, The Truth , & The Life…No one comes to the Father but by Me! Lord God of mercy open our spiritual eyes to see the lost, open our hearts to be moved with compassion, and open our mouth to share truth of the glorious hope in Christ Jesus!

Oh how the love of God, what He's done for us creates such an urgency to share the goodness of His death and resurrection. Each moment as someone slips into eternity and their fate is sealed either for glory or for destruction is a moment to rescue another soul. I pray that every Christian would hear this and recognize this deep in their soul and that they would be pushed with compassion for lost souls creeping towards eternal death.
