Amen, reviewing this is so good to remember that He leads His children. Choosing to yield to Him, love Him, give my heart to Him and be at rest in Him. Yet also being proactive, trusting Him, yielding and stirring myself up is required. Oh it's His love that guides and provides, and is so great to have and share with everyone!

As someone who grew up with an cessationist background (although it wa never mentioned) I found this so helpful. Since I was saved a few years ago I have experienced the conviction and prompting of the Holy Spirit. My relationship with Christ is so much more than knowing doctrinal truth, it's knowing Him in an experiential way.
