I ran track in middle school and HS and won first and second place many times. I have 3 trophies for 1st place sprinting, relay, and 4x100. Im also 5'3 or 163 cm and ran a 10.42. I had a powerful start but lost my last race terribly to a 5'6 female.

Ehhhh no. I don't believe Sha'Carri and Shelly-Ann are that tall. More like 4'9". Another reason why neither will be great at 200M. Just too short.
