Thanks for posting this video. It was really well done and the instructions were clear and on point. Waking up with severe vertigo without knowing the cause was unnerving. When neurological causes were ruled out, I was told to try the Epley maneuver without explaining how to determine which side to focus on and what I should expect to feel with each step. Thanks again.

Do you know any doctors who do this in Sacramento California?

FFS the information in this is completely innacurate, it's old fashioned nonsense people used to think, new research has proved that chocolate and other foods do NOT cause migraines. Chemicals in some foods do such as alcohol, caffeine and possibly artificial sweeteners and some of the crap that is put in foods in the USA, but is banned in Europe because its so bad for you. Migraines make you crave sugar such as chocolate at the early stages of the migraine before you realise you have a migraine, so you eat chocolate and then get a migraine and think the migraine was caused by chocolate. Significant changes in your blood sugar level do cause migraines, so if you eat a load of chocolate you may get a migraine but it is not the chocolate it is the change in blood sugar level (or could be the chemicals in American chocolate that isn't in European chocolate). Worrying about what to eat too much will give you a migraine, so don't bother.

Bppv is a horrible experience. When it first started I didn't know what was happening - I was terrified. I watched all these youtube videos and whenever they mentioned turning over to your sides I thought I was going to die. The moment I would move I would get sweaty, dizzy and puke. There was only one position that didn't make me nauseous so I stayed like that for several hours this seemed to calm down my vertigo and then I was able to do this movement. Also, I did it three times in a row and then went back to that one comfortable position to relax for an hour and a half. It was only then that I started feeling better.

Your long hair hid some head positions. You should wear your hair in a bun up on your head so we can see where you face/head is pointing.

This was great! I've had anemia off and on, but this time the dizziness felt different. It was definitely situational, and extreme at that. A bit of google search and voila! But the first time it went away after 3 days right after I discovered the issue so NBD. This time - not so. It's really wonky when it happens and middle of the night up for the bathroom - and at the chiropractor - I'm whoaaaaaaa!!!!! So thankful to find a simple explanation and effective home treatment. Thank you for the clarity and simplicity of your video.

Thank you for posting this very simple procedure. IF I had a comment, it would be that the test for which side to work on would be in the front of the video. Of course if one watched all the way through before doing anything, it actually doesn't matter. Thank you again for posting.

Im writing in 2024. The vax does this and more. It was given me without my consent during procedure and i almost died. Ended up with 80 percent of my stomach removed now on disability and could not leave my bed for 6 mths. This is a crime against humanity. I still have POTS and cant work. The hospital is hiding most of it from me

Thank You very much. I was so scared when this happened to me yesterday morning. It was unlike anything I had experienced ever before. I was thinking that my life is done. Something really bad and serious has happened to me. I googled and came across this video and did it right the very first time. It was gone. I solved my issue within 12 hours of it happening. You are a life saver. Thank you so much ! ❤ from India.

Please, know that not all vertigo is related to crystals in the ear canal. I have CERVICAL vertigo, related to several whiplash accidents years ago. I was in physical therapy 3 months, went to a neurologist, and they finally figured out why all my exercises and Epley Maneuver did not help me.
