At around the 7:15 mark you were mentioning inflammation. Did the conference speaker specify the causes of inflammation that would trigger a vestibular episode more than others? I ask because I was diagnosed with BPPV and I'm prone to allergies. My vestibular therapist referred me to an allergist but I'd like your take on this.

Who would you recommend in Charleston/ Beaufort sc for myself who has chronic BPPV and general dizziness - I’ve been cleared medically and nothing is ever found. It’s been a big guessing game and I’m exhausted. Currently in PT but doesn’t seem to be helping.
