Aswsthy I had the same situation.as you said I went outside and had sun exposure.I went to dermatologist and he recommended not to apply any makeup cream if you are going outside if it’s hot climate.and I am using the sunscreen whenever I going outside.And one remedy is to grind the pulp of aloe vara and freeze it and apply it every night on face and neck for 2 weeks..you can see the result.I got my skin back in 2 weeks

Exactly the same situation where I am in. I followed all the remedies to increase milk but everybody said my milk is not sufficient for my baby and her stomach size is not increased after breastfeed like after bottle feed. So the people around me force me to give formula. Each and every formula feed I feel really bad about me as you said like I am not a good mom.
