I had a very bad experience with a Dominican "friend" in Seattle. Only in hindsight did I realize what a truly rotten snake he was. The crazy thing, I was warned about him! But I didn't heed to my chagrin. This guy would try to set me up to be arrested or get into a fight. He would make very disparaging comments around friends. I got a small inheritance and thought about asking him to join me for a trip to the DR. Now Im glad I didnt. I might not be alive to day. He could cook very well. I enjoyed his cooking immensely. But looking back, i dont think I should have eaten it. But I dont blame him. I was warned about him yet I kept befriending him. He could be charming when he wanted and the ladies liked him, so sometimes he was good to have around. But I would still visit the DR. Every culture has rotten apples.

Craziest traffic in the world for me? Lima Peru during rush hour

If I don't drive, where in Punta Cana would be best to buy a condominium that is close to grocery shopping and the beach?

I can't say Dominicans are racist, because racism occurs when one particular group has dominion over another as in when blacks were brought to the United States, that is the origin of racism where whites had dominance over African slaves. The Dominican Republic is a colorist society and discriminates in that way. I'm speaking from experience from dating a Dominican woman for 4 years who is very fair-skinned and has been given the opportunities, because she meets the quote unquote more European look or fair-skinned instead of dark or Moreno color.

I’ve visited both places. And it seems there’s just more to do in the Capital, museums, beaches, malls, Santiago has one located to visit which is el Monumento. Besides that I didn’t really see anything that stood out. Plus historically you have Christopher Columbus historical locations in the capital. The Capital is like the NYC of DR lol. Santiago would be like Cleveland

Thank you so much for the Vista Cana update. Being an investor out of the country, videos such as this are worth their weight in gold. Unfortunately, my property didn't make the video, sad face. It's still in the early stages. Maybe next time.
