Wonderful Janice, I am so glad we could help. Yes, there are some wipes on the market specifically for CPAP supplies. You can also use baby wipes. Just stay away from any products that includes alcohol as it will start to break down. Have a wonderful day!

I am new to this. I’ve been having condensation in tubing. I have switched to heated. So I have been trying different settings. So I just put my machine humidifier to auto as u suggested. But u also showed to put tube setting to 3. Well it won’t let me put tube to 3. It sets it to auto and it will not let me in to change to 3. Any thoughts?

The worst mask ever. The stupid hose fitting they have that connects the hose to the mask is stupid. It doesn't rotate and pops off all through the night. Getting woke up to loud air noise is worse than having sleep Apnea. If they would fix that stupid connection it would be a good mask. I'm going to try Gorilla Glue

I have had to turn off the heated tube, and set the humidifier to 5, and still getting a little dry mouth. Is there something wrong with the machine? It is new. When I do the preheat it heats up too warm.

I have tried with this mask looks like it was a waste of money. It’s starts out reasonable but a few hours in it makes my mouth so dry, should you still wear a chin strap as well. I breath through my nose all day and so I thought during the night, wish it would have worked. 🧑🦰🥹🥲😞😵💫👎

It seems Humidity 8 would be higher than humidity 1, but there is no documentation that this is the case! Terrible interface, should have had smaller and larger water drops at either end.

The pressure would be set to the doctors prescription which could be an autoset or a fixed pressure.

I was having trouble removing the inside mask from its outer housing and snapping it back into place after washing. Your video and accompanying clear narrative was just what I needed to see and practice. I just received the F30 a week ago. I like how it fits my face - no nose bridge pain anymore. Previous mask was a F20.

1) Hold the tips of 2 of your fingers on main screen for a few seconds. 2) This should open the "Clinical Home Screen". 3) Click on "Settings". 4) Scroll down to "Languages". 5) Click on "Languages". My machine has 4 options - English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

I use a Resmed 11, but I tried to test if the device really records obstructions, and intentionally stopped breathing for twenty seconds, but no Apnea recorded appeared on the device screen. Is there a defect in the device or is my testing method incorrect?

Hi there, that would be to believe the tube is not completely on or you possibly don’t have a heated tube. Thanks for pointing this out, and I should have mentioned this. Those settings only appear if you have a heated tube. To tell if you have a heated tube, you can unplug it and see if there is an electrical chip that fits into your CPAP. If not, then you have a non-heated tube and you can't change tube temperature. If you would like a heated tube, you can reach out to your supplier. Thanks!

When my cpap got recalled Phillips has sent me the Phillips Respironics dreamstation. This cpap does not have a water line and my ent says i Need the water line. How do I contact philiips for the correct cpap. The cpap I had to mail back had a water line.

@jennyandthemachines5135 That’s a great question. A CPAP will not affect your body's ability to breathe on its own, thank goodness! The device doesn’t actually breathe for you; it just opens, with pressure, the tissue that normally is closing your airway. It functions much differently than a ventilator in that aspect. So there is no need to be concerned about our bodies losing their natural abilities. Thanks so much for the question!

I dislike my AirSense 11, they totally dropped the ball on the humidifier!!! Who has a good nights sleep when your humidifier goes dry in the middle of the night… OH MY!!

@michellemcbride6327, we have heard this same thing from a lot of people. Sorry, that has to be so frustrating. There might be a few things you may want to check. The first thing we suggest, when water tubs are empty before 8 hour, is the leak. Many times, your mask is leaking during the night or if you are wearing a nasal mask, your mouth is popping open and that will dry you out and affect how fast you go through the water in the chamber. It should give you enough time to get through 8 hours and If you are used to the AirSense 10, it does move more water than the AirSense 10, but holds the same amount water volume.
