I understand just what the lady band director is going through. There are not enough of us ladies in this profession but she really wants to be there and cares for the students. This is something that I wanted to do but had to drop music as a major due to struggling with Music Composition issues. I am a retired educator and have an almost music minor attached to my undergraduate degree. Also,the students impressed me with their work ethic. However,get there on time people!
