Hillside Band '22-'23: Homecoming Halftime Show

Hillside High School has a long history of great band directors. Over the last 8 years Cybil Haskins has lead the band as the first female director. She has a unique, "Student of the game", style as she presents songs like "Children of the Sanchez", and classic hits making the students well-rounded musicians. This video is a send off as she goes to her next musical journey. Hillside will miss such a great band director.

You all look and sound good too. Alumnus 1988 I'm not used to seeing Hillside Marching Hornets looking "NAKED" It has been many years since I have seen the band perform. YOU ALL NEED an EXTRA 100 Members. Majorettes, Flag Girls, Clarinets, Trumpets, Saxophones Flutes Trumpets, Percussionists.

Gosh. The band is really small now. We had like 200 plus back in the eighties. Somebody playing that trumpet and those bells though.
