I‘m Not a therian and i have nothing against them but what is shifting

I had a m shift. I was trying to sleep, and suddenly heard a cat, but my cat was asleep. I looked around, and everything felt so different. I tried to stand up and walk but I couldn't... I just could walk on all fours. I walked around, and then I realized what had happened, and that's where it ended.

Night 1: i didn't shift but I had some pretty interesting dream Night 2: once again, no shift 😢 but I did get a nightmare about my ex friend so that's fun 😊 Night 3: no shift once again but I keep having bad dreams about my ex friend so I hope that stops soon😭

Trying the out for the first time tonight will tell results in morning. I am doing this without headphones so I’m not sure how it will effect the effect. Update: I had a dream where I think I was human for all of it but I was a therian in that dream (I am irl but my dreams don’t talk bout that). I did quads and thought about being a therian. So I guess it worked? Night 2 doing again without headphones I lost mine. Nothing happened. Night 3 no headphones. Nothing happened.

Idk if I’m a therian but I hate/don’t like being in a human body and I think it was spieces dysphoria I had to put my tail on and I think go on all fours I also had a dream of being a white maincoon like cat not sure of the breed but it was in a snow forest and when I was quite younger I wasn’t doing what I was told and for some reason I was acting like a animal like I was angry???
