@N1CO I can't do vocals because my siblings don't support me for being a therian and it's not my choice so if I like meow like a cat they would judge me and if I do quads that helps me connect they just aren't really nice or supportive about that :(

1:30 i live in an area with lots of dried up grass so i do that and either draw the calamity box from amphibia or the glyphs from the owl house on sidewalks, trees, etc

Here are some things i like to do, some of them don't really seem to get mentioned since i have an uncommon theriotype (opossum) Go in the forest and just lie on the ground Climb trees and rocks Practise vocals (hissing and clicking) Eat fruits, oats, berries and meat Carry my poss friends on my back like babies Practise quadrobics, mostly walking Making pillow forts for nests and eat apple sauce as a snack :)

If you like it, of course it's fine! I think you can practice quadrobics even if you don't see yourself as an animal/any other being what walks on all four. Doing quadrobics can be a good way to connect to your theriotype, but it also can be a sport or just a fun activity for you!

1:54 so uh ferrets have a hunting technique where if chasing their prey doesn’t work they “go crazy”. Essentially they flip and flop around which confuses the prey. As they do this the edge closer until they attack.

Sou uma brasileira, tenho 11 anos e sou therian, meu theriótipo é gato, principalmente porque minha gata Baby, faleceu, e fico imaginando ela ao meu lado, hoje tenho meus 4 gatos , dois que são mais livres pra mata , e dois de casa, então sempre tive esse contato com gatos e por isso amo, e me identifico com eles. Não entendi nada do vídeo, já que não falo inglês , mais por alguns comentários entendi algumas ideas, então vou começar a praticar controlar meus sonhos (esqueci como se chama😅) lembrei! Sonhos lúcidos,vou tentar, acho incrível os therians( no caso várias pessoas) conseguirem controlar isso , quando eu não entendia sobre isso , porque , alguns therians diziam que conseguiam viver no corpo do seu animal ispiritual, agora sei como. for the shifting one... erm, you can't just HAVE a shift. you can try to make it happen with therian hypnosis, but you can't just be like, "Oh, I'm bored, i wanna have a shift." Other thatn that, great job on ur first vid!

Umm I don't think you can control wether you have a shift or not. You can act more like your theriotype on purpose but I don't think you can control shifts + there are different types if shifts
