One of the most difficult years, with 2 bad injuries and a surgery, is going to an end... easy to say, next year it's going to be better, I don't know, I just hope... Anyway I wanna thank everyone who helped me in this long year, my ❤️, my family, my bro @andi_roegner, my doc Burkhard, @mvmntislife and the Team in @mediloft_frankfurt, my students but especially myself, because every time I cried and wanted to give up, I found the strength to get back to the gym and do the things I needed to do. This year made me stronger, I wanna start the new one with more energy, proud of everything I achieved, looking forward to discover what the 2025 is gonna be. Bye bye 2024... I wish everyone health and happiness, see u next year! 👊👊👊

Let's be honest... Is being a good pad holder enough to be qualified as a good trainer or coach?? The answer is NO !! (Sorry if someone will take it bad). A good trainer or coach is the one that helps you to get better 360° improving your skills, understanding your potential, correcting your mistakes, supporting your motivation, etc etc etc Of course having a good pad holder is nice, he will make you fit... but only an experienced trainer can guide you in the right direction, letting you grow as a fighter. You don't believe me? The day you will find a good trainer/coach, you will understand the difference by yourself! 😉🙏

I love the whole design of the knife, but the lack of a trainer version makes blade a hard buy. Cant really train with a live blade, and you need to train with a blade if you ever plan on being able to rely on it if the need occurs. GIVE US A TRAINER!!!!

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback. I discussed with Kubey but they didn't show interest in that. My advice is to buy 2 knifes, the price is affordable, and from one you can remove/grind the sharped edge. Cheap and easy solution I used several times! 😉

Guys...it doesnt just work in multiple grips like some knives, it's perfect in EVERY grip. If you are debating, go ahead and get one or two. Well worth it. Edit: also, no wiggle in the sheath, clicks in, great retention. And perfect size for self defense.

I got mine today! It's even better than I expected. Ergonomics are perfect. Size is perfect. Versatility is amazing as you say in the video. The ergonomics are a dream in the forward grip...so secure. And it feels amazing in the pikal AND karambit grips. I have over 35 fixed blades alone which are mostly self defense knifes. No other knife feels like it was actually made to be used in all these grips...even if they are usable grips they dont feel as great as this knife. Amazing job sir!

a lot of muay thai gyms in my area really look down tkd kicks and spin moves. I remember in comp there was a gym whose shirt said “no spinning shit allowed”. my current coach did have a point tho, he said that muay thai has been around for hundreds of years, they didnt forget to put anything in it. he asked me if rodtang or superlek did any of that stuff and told me that that stuff is cool but the likelihood of landing that stuff on a high level opponent is very slim. beating up scrubs with moves you wouldnt do against an opponent you respect isnt helping you.
@AngeloSposato11 ай бұрын
For sure the trade mark of muay thai is the middle kick, I always tell my students that until they can't kick correctly low or middle, isn't productive to focus on something else... but... if u learn to do very advanced moves or techniques, even if u are not using them in a fight, they can help to increase your technical abilities!

@Angelo Sposato I'm just saying I usually tuck my leg when I check kicks, bracing it against my thigh/hamstring, if he kicked super hard it would knock him off balance
@AngeloSposato Жыл бұрын
@Alion In tights I get your point.. when the low kick is close to the knee, it's not really necessary, the most important thing IMHO is to have a solid stance. In general, for low and middle kick, it can be an option. I almost always keep my shin perpendicular to the ground, but especially for the inside low kick, I like to "close" the leg a bit more (the calf close to the hamstring) to focus the impact on the knee. The result is very often an injury to the opponent's foot :)
