Do you know how to fix an arm where it wasn’t the joint that snapped off but like a different part attached to the joint??? I just broke the arm off of my SHFiguarts(?) Eustass kid and don’t know how to fix these things

Like the peg broke off? I fixed a peg in my first Batman video so that might help.

I've watched your video over 5 times and I wanted to thank you. You have helped me understand headsculpt painting so much more. I did my first 2 and I feel satisfied with my first attempts. Excited to see how I improve.

Thx for the tutorial I started to make custom Mandos with the Black Series Death Watch Figure and my first one looks really good imo. Although I did soem mistakes like not washing first and not thinning my paint enough. I have the problem with the joints loosing the paint when you movie it and I don't wanna sand it tbh, beacuse I don't have a working place or toolbench I do it in my living room and my kitchen and I really don't wanna have that plastic dust there. Normally I just don't give a fuck, because I only pose them every few weeks for photos or new poses on the shelf and I jujt refresh the paint which is easy enough and done fast. I reall like the look of this Boba Fett. I have the Original Disguise Release and this one even looks better imo. I really loved the Black and grey version that came after that dye. He reall looked badass imo with this colour sceme. Maybe I try to dye in the future, too.

They put the little ring because of how ridiculously easy it is for those type of joints to get loose on the short term, specially if they only use such tiny ball joints, and if it is located in ine of the zones sibjected to the most stress The ring, altough restricts movement, prevents loosenes from affecting stability because of this same reason, it limits its movements

Bro, this work looks so good, even through the 3d prints were really bad quality. Every time good painting can save bad details 😅. I also making action figures like Hasbro black series, now I making inquisitor starkiller. The best thing that I 3d printing all parts on my own 3d printer)))

This is pretty much exactly what I thinking of doing! Did you heat the knife or do anything to make the cutting easier? Or just heat up the leg?

I heated up the leg and then it cut through pretty easily

Your repaints came out great, both of them! The walmart paints surprised me tbh. Also While I don't have any of the series myself I'm surprised the AY batman was broken because their quality control is supposed to be spectacular according to numerous people I know with several of their figures, Maybe this variant in particular isn't so great ? and wtf was that original factory cape lol, looks like a pia to deal with

Thank you! I got this in a box of figure returns so I was expecting to get something broken but luckily it was an easy fix. The cape was real bad but the joints for it work well so they have been in my fodder bin going to good use.

This came out pretty good. I've seen a few people making and selling this kit. Most of them recommend the Black Series Kylo Ren as the base body if you wanted to do Black Series instead of Figuarts.

What paint brands would you recommend to paint or touch up black series figures? I want to fix up both the bandages and belt skirt piece on my starkiller to match his appearance from the soul calibur game

I like vallejo paints for most things but for metallic paints I use Citadel
