Glad you posted this. I wanted to try this with the RTOJ Boba Fett because the front pockets on that one are smaller and moveable unlike this version where the pockets on the front of the belt are bigger and stuck in place which hinders the leg movement. Im hoping the dye will work on the RTOJ version, its not white obviously so i dont know how that will work. I really like the war of bounty hunters disguised boba fett look.

You should redo the armor in a gloss like the Hot Toys version. I have it and it looks amazing!

Thx for the tutorial I started to make custom Mandos with the Black Series Death Watch Figure and my first one looks really good imo. Although I did soem mistakes like not washing first and not thinning my paint enough. I have the problem with the joints loosing the paint when you movie it and I don't wanna sand it tbh, beacuse I don't have a working place or toolbench I do it in my living room and my kitchen and I really don't wanna have that plastic dust there. Normally I just don't give a fuck, because I only pose them every few weeks for photos or new poses on the shelf and I jujt refresh the paint which is easy enough and done fast. I reall like the look of this Boba Fett. I have the Original Disguise Release and this one even looks better imo. I really loved the Black and grey version that came after that dye. He reall looked badass imo with this colour sceme. Maybe I try to dye in the future, too.

Sweet, turned out great. Way better than the overpriced Hasbro exclusive. The non KO Walgreens Fett is less expensive than the upcoming Amazon exclusive 😂. Patrick Jing and the other scammers are the worst brand team on Hasbro’s payroll

Why black? And why can't we see people customizing mando/boba fett figures with custom paint and colors? There are some but it should be thing, I mean most Mandalorians have custom armor /paint, so why aren't people creative with this?

The black armor Boba is from the War of the Bounty Hunters comic. I just wanted to show how to make a cheap one since the Black Series one was $34

Yeah, sorry didint want to hate or anything, I just noticed that there are almost no one doing it. Maybe because it's hard for the paint to stick like you said? I don't know. But good video man! @@pagaz2035 I did a red, white, and black one a couple of years ago but that was still early in my customs so it was not very good. I was thinking of doing my own spin on one since we have seen so many colors in the show I just didn't have anywhere to put it on the shelf before.
