I don´t know what else I should do, I have been working for more than 3 years in call center dealing with american people, most of the time I feel scare when I was talking with them, all of those 3 years I used to hear a lot of bad words ponting out how bad my English was or is... how I don´t have a "good" pronunciation, now I got a new job but when I need to talk with my coworkers I don´t feel comfortable I think they will jugde me as these other people did for those 3 years, I think I traumatized.

I recommend: Continue using bilingual PICTOGRAMS. like house, horse, radio, television. You need around 2, 000 to 3, 000 nouns -- that's just basic language; excluding profesional vocabulary words like the law or the medicine. Then you need around 100 adjectives like fat, slim, boney, wide, thick. --- you know, an adjective describes the noun.
