I liked this explanation. It's very good ! But, in the case of "can't", it can be difficult to understand the sense of phrase, if it is positive or negative, because "can" and "can't" have the same pronounce. Could you clarify this a little more, please ?

It’s not only pronunciation or vocabulary words but holding long regular conversations my problem is going from different time tenses at the time of the conversation like you do in your own language with slangs and all the spiciness it involves.
