i blind-bought a bottle of Mancera's HOLIDAYS. On arrival I took one sniff and promptly returned it. To my nose it's a white flowers bomb, that left me feeling like I was in the front pew at a mob funeral. Virgin Island Water is intoxicating, but the performance is woeful. Especially for the price Creed wants for it. No projection and pathetic longevity. If it performed better I'd find the money for it.

Yaaa, Sunset Hour is besides the poor performance imo, just not unique enough, something is missing for me, the opening is great, but it becomes very fast just a sirupy, fruity sweet summer fragrance as you said, that's not unique and the performance makes it not worth it for me.....

What, there's litchy in my Ylang in Gold, didn't even knew that and all the other fruity notes, I also dont get at all xD For me it's a classy, smooth ylang-vanilla with a hint of coconut, but I dummy only bought a 30ml🤌🤪🤓 Alien Godess, Terracotta and L'Imperatrice 3, are my favorite designer summer fragrances, but usally I adore fragrances like Blanche Bete (stunning, stunning lactonic coconut:), most Simone Andreoli summer fragrances (for me one of the very, very best summer niche houses:), Erba Pura & Co.....

Did you know that Perfumers do not list (every single note)? It's too many to come up with a fragrance..they only list "Key Notes"!!!🤔 So whatever you smell in it..that's not listed, you're Right!

I am obsessed with coconut, but the coconut that was in Crystal Noir before the reformulation…. Ever since, no coconut I’ve smelled is like that. They’re all either too synthetic or too “suntan lotion”, and that’s not what I was looking for. The only one that I found very recently that has this coconut is SJP NYC crush, but I use it for layering not on its own. I’m sad to say that I like coconut but I also don’t like coconut, just because of how it’s made to smell in most of these perfumes. The tragedies of a perfume lover .
